Frozen pineapple souffle

Preparation steps

  • Peel and slice the pineapple, then put it in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture, without the pieces.
  • Add sugar and vodka, then blend again.
  • Separately, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a firm stock.
  • Carefully combine the two mixtures.
  • Line the top of the bowls, in which you will freeze this dessert, with baking paper, so that the paper protrudes above the top.
  • Fill the containers just below the top of the paper.
  • Put the dishes in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove the dishes from the freezer, remove the paper and serve immediately.
