Preparation steps
- Peel and slice the pineapple, then put it in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture, without the pieces.
- Add sugar and vodka, then blend again.
- Separately, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a firm stock.
- Carefully combine the two mixtures.
- Line the top of the bowls, in which you will freeze this dessert, with baking paper, so that the paper protrudes above the top.
- Fill the containers just below the top of the paper.
- Put the dishes in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Remove the dishes from the freezer, remove the paper and serve immediately.
