another unbaked cake-pyramid with wafers that completed my birthday, and delighted me with its quick performance, its simplicity, appearance and decorativeness- TRY IT!

Preparation steps

  • - cream is enough for two wafers Wafers should be placed in a damp clean kitchen cloth which we have previously moistened with water and drained the excess. Each wafer takes about 10 minutes to bend.
  • CREAM: Separate from the whole amount of milk as much as is enough to make a density with a mixer. Put the rest of the milk in a bowl over low heat to warm the milk slightly. Add sugar and cook the prepared density. Cook until thick. Add the made margarine with vanilla sugar to the lukewarm.
  • SEQUENCE OF ARRANGEMENT: 1. Divide the cream into 2 parts 2. Apply a thin layer of cream on the moistened wafer 3. Arrange the cream sticks (filling as desired) so-called front biscuits in length in 3 rows with a small space between the rows
  • 4. put a layer of cream over the biscuits that will fill the space between the sticks and cover the sticks from above 5. In the place between the sticks, arrange 2 rows of sticks in length 6. refill the space with cream and from above and put one row of sticks
  • 7. Coat the rest of the cream on the side and slightly bend the wafer with light pressure with your fingers so that the cream sticks to the wafer.
  • Do the same with the other wafer
