Frkanci with cheese
Excellent frkanci with fresh cheese, served as an overture to slaughter and making sausages. We enjoyed :)
Preparation steps
- Stir the yeast into half the warm milk, sugar and a little flour and let it rise. Mix the yeast with all the other ingredients and let the dough rise.
- Roll out the dough and spread the cottage cheese in half.
- Fold the dough and press a little.
- Cut the dough into strips and roll each one up a bit.
- Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
