Fritters with mineral water
Fast fritters, without yogurt, milk .. they do not absorb fat..they are suitable for sweet and salty combinations.
Preparation steps
- Put salt and sugar in the eggs and beat until foamy. Pour in water and brandy and gradually add flour mixed with crackers. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Prepare a small bowl, pour oil (at least 2-3 fingers) so that the fritters can turn nicely. They do not absorb fat, do not worry .. brandy plays an important role in this, it helps not to absorb oil into the dough.
- Using a small spoon (not the whole), take out the mixture and put it in hot oil. Bake at a moderate temperature until the desired color. The fritters are done quickly, they turn on their own. Take them out with a large large spoon and place them in a bowl lined with a napkin to soak up the surface layer of fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
- Try to add rum sugar, it gives a wonderful taste. Everyone really liked the salty version ... like little pizzas !!!!
