Frittata with spring onions and nettles

One of the advantages of living in the countryside and in untouched nature is certainly nettles. Food that is underused and too neglected. Full of vitamins and other nutrients, ideal for solving spring fatigue ... so let's listen to nature, which seasonally serves us solutions to all our problems.

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the young onion leaves and sauté in olive oil. After a few minutes add the finely chopped nettle. When picking nettles for this recipe, be sure to pick only the first three vertebrae of the leaves and separate them from the stem (it is hard) before chopping.
