Frittata with bun dumplings
I had dumplings left over from lunch, so my sister gave me a suggestion on how to use them ... to make frittata with eggs for breakfast - I tried them and it turned out very well and quickly ... the dumplings can be frozen and taken out as needed, ie when you don't know what to cook ... it's a really quick breakfast or dinner ...
Preparation steps
- Finely chop one large onion and fry it in oil. Cut the dumplings into cubes and when the onion is glassy, add the onion and fry together with it.
- Beat the eggs, season with salt, and pepper. When the dumplings are slightly browned, pour the eggs over them.
- Bake, turn to the other side. When done, serve with a salad for breakfast or dinner.
- It can be with any dumplings.
