ღ Fried Vigna beans

I saw the picture on the internet and of course I tried it :)

Preparation steps

  • Blanch the beans for 5 minutes. Drain and cool, and wrap each pod over your finger or run the ends of the cooker so that they do not unroll or retain their shape.
  • Dip each roll separately into a not too thick dough and fry in heated oil three or four pieces at a time, taking care not to stick. Just bake them for a few minutes, just until the dough turns a little brown. Dispose of them on kitchen paper.

Serving

Serve them from some mayonnaise or yogurt-based sauce
