Fried soup (Ajnpreh soup)
Fried soup is nothing but overcooked or ajnpren soup in the lokvar way. And from the preparation of "soup of all soups" nothing simpler. You must have met her during your diet, and if the beetle "bumps" you, get rid of the fat. The recipe has been tried and adapted according to the original provided by the Association "Lovers of Lokvar Antiquities".
Preparation steps
- Fry the flour in the heated fat until golden yellow.
- Add water, salt, cumin and broth, stirring constantly.
- Cook the soup over low heat for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the scrambled eggs and continue to cook for about 3 minutes.
Serving
Serve the soup warm with toasted bread cubes.
Advice
At the end of cooking, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar can be added if desired. If you have intestinal problems, fry the flour for this soup without fat and do not add eggs.
