Fried snails

ideal for breakfast!

Preparation steps

  • Add salt and yeast to the flour, pour over warm milk, to which we added a piece of butter. Knead the dough (add a little water if necessary). Leave the dough for about 40 minutes. Roll out the dough as thin as possible on a floured surface, then spread it in a thin layer with margarine, butter or cheese spread (optional).
  • Carefully roll into a roll, then cut into pieces. Dip one foot into warm paraffin. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Put fried on paper, to drain off excess fat

Serve warm, with sour cream, cottage cheese, cured meat products, salad ...
