Fried pancakes with ham and cold horseradish sauce
It is a good idea to use the ingredients that remain after the Easter table, so do it with this delicious dish that will still keep you in the holiday mood with its flavors.
Preparation steps
- From the flour, eggs, milk and salt, mix the smooth pancake mixture.
- Cut the ham into small cubes, add grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Bake the pancakes, when they have cooled a bit, put the stuffing on each and fold.
- Breading:
- Roll the stuffed pancakes in flour, then in scrambled eggs and finally in bread crumbs.
- Fry them in hot deep oil for about 5 minutes, or until the pancakes turn golden yellow.
- Sauce preparation:
- Grate the cucumber on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise, horseradish and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Serving
Serve with horseradish sauce or some other based on cream or mayonnaise.
