Fried lamb offal

Preparation steps

  • Put a little salt in boiling water and diced lamb entrails to cook.
  • While the entrails are cooking, chop the onion and garlic into pieces. Peel the carrot and grate it on a large grater. Chop the peppers into cubes.
  • Put the frying oil in the pan and add the chopped vegetables to fry. Add the soup cube and then put the cooked entrails to fry together with the vegetables. Add a little water and let it simmer.
  • When the water evaporates, add salt and pepper and fry a little more and serve warm with a little lemon.
