Fried korab and celery

My Emily really likes breaded onions with mozzarella, and Linda loves celery and I like korab, so when it's fried, it's all in one go.

Preparation steps

  • Cut slices of celery korab and buternut pumpkin. Put water, a stalk of celery and a leaf, parsley and a little of the mentioned vegetables cut into cubes in the pot. Add vegeta, salt and pepper and cook as a soup. Put the cut slices from above to cook briefly in the soup. . Place the mozzarella cheese on the cooled ones, sprinkle with oregano and cover with another slice like a sandwich. It can also be combined as a slice of celery and pumpkin puff pastry with cheese. on both sides for a minute. Remove to a napkin and serve warm.
  • With spinach, potatoes and eggs, breaded vegetable sandwiches look great.
  • Soup of the above vegetables with a little rice and all mixed.
