Fresh cheese salad (urda)

This is a kind of hilarious salad with fresh cheese (urda) but without margarine and butter, which is really easier and more dietary :)

Preparation steps

  • Mix the cheese with the sour cream and mayonnaise (optional, this time I didn’t add it because I wanted the salad to be more dietary because of the other high-calorie dishes), add salt, ground colorful pepper, salt, paprika, and finely chopped garlic.
