French baguette with corn flour
I had to make these wonderful baguettes with corn flour, because I tried them there in that bakery, which I like to stop by. I am delighted with their pastries, and the baguettes with corn flour were offered to me as their new pastry ...... That is why I recommend you to try this recipe ..............
Preparation steps
- Put the flour in a deeper bowl, add the other dry ingredients and mix everything. Boil the dough with lukewarm milk, cover with a clean napkin and leave in a warm place to double.
- Stir the dough, then shake it on a floured work surface. Boil the dough on white and corn flour, then divide it into three balls. Roll out each ball in the shape of a rectangle with your hands, then turn it to the other side to which the flour will stick. Roll up the baguettes, put them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Leave the baguette on the heat for half an hour to rise. Preheat the oven to 200 C and bake until they get a nice yellowish color. (Some 30 min.) Baguettes prepared in this way are soft and fine tomorrow.
