Forest pie

Crispy pie with vanilla and forest fruit filling. Sour-sweet. Yum! :)

Preparation steps

  • Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then add the other ingredients and form a dough. Divide into one larger and eat a smaller portion. Put most of it in the fridge, and the smaller one in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out most of the dough with the help of flour. Place in a tray measuring 35x25cm.
  • STUFFING: Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt into whipped cream. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix a little more. Stir in the vanilla pudding powder and mileram with a spoon or cooker.
  • Arrange the filling on the dough.
  • Arrange forest fruits on the filling that do not need to be thawed beforehand.
  • Finally, grate the dough from the freezer with a grater. Sprinkle with almond leaves.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. When the cake is ready, leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Cool and serve!
