Foil grouper with Dalmatian side dish
We had grouper again - this time with a slightly different set, but a wonderful, healthy and fast dish!
Preparation steps
- Clean the groupers by first cutting off the thorns with kitchen scissors, and then cleaning them from scales.
- Put a little parsley and garlic in the opening of each fish, then salt them and pour olive oil over them.
- Arrange them in a fireproof bowl, cover with aluminum foil, seal well.
- Put them in the oven for about half an hour at 200 ° C.
- For the garnish, put the boiled potatoes and salt them.
- Test with a fork if they are cooked and if they are near the end of cooking, put the zucchini that you have washed and cut into cubes.
- When the garnish is cooked, drain the water, add salt, garlic and spices, and mix well.
Serving
Serve with wine and a slice of lemon. Sea bream in a similar way I make other fish in a similar way, I always make variations of chard, kale, spinach, chicory, zucchini and the like, depending on the condition of my refrigerator. The spices you add are essential and give the dishes a very nice aroma, and the fish is especially underlined by the taste and smell.
