Foamy eggs

When boredom makes its own.

Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Put the egg whites in a bowl, and leave the yolk in one half of the shell and put it in a small cup, so that the yolk does not spill, but retains the shape of a "ball".
  • Mix the egg whites in the snow and add a little salt and and diced salami. Mix everything well.
  • Oil the baking tray and place the snow on it with a spoon. Place everything in a preheated oven at 180'C for one (1) minute.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and slowly lower the egg yolk into the middle of the snow, so that it does not spill. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, ie until the snow turns golden yellow.

Serving

Serve warm with some fresh peppers or tomatoes. Good apetite !
