Foam with kale and homemade sausage
In fact, the recipe could be called "kale with ..." and can be modified to make three from one ...
Preparation steps

- Fry chopped young onions and greens in a little olive oil in a wok, then add grated carrot, finely chopped chicken fillet and sausage cut into pieces. Stir occasionally, and when the meat is fried, cover and reduce the temperature to simmer under steam.
- Add sliced mushrooms and previously blanched, drained and stripped kale. Stir a little more to unite everything, add salt and pepper.
- This can absolutely be the end of the recipe, that is, this is one of the possibilities. The second option is to add another smaller can of tomato peeled tomatoes, and the third is the one I made today:

- Boil the foam in salted water, rinse and strain. Put a little olive oil in the pan (if you like, you can add more young garlic), add cooked foam to "squeak", then sweet sour cream and before it boils, remove from the heat, add a little salt, add lyutenitsa (or chili pepper) and a little parmesan.
- Combine with vegetables and sausages, sprinkle with more parmesan and add more fresh parsley and spices.
