Flying Jacob
This dish is usually prepared with chicken, maybe that's why it's called flying. But my husband has his own variant and is happy to prepare it. Here is his recipe
Preparation steps
- Cut the ham into slices and arrange in a well-greased refractory dish.
- Slice the bananas lengthwise and arrange over the ham.arranging the bananas
- Whip the whipped cream and add the chili sauce. cream
- Pour over the frothy bananas
- Finally sprinkle with peanuts
- Place in a preheated oven to bake, at 220`C for about 20 min
- Meanwhile, cook the rice
