Preparation steps

  • Mix millet with a pinch of cumin in a coffee grinder and lightly fry dry on a pancake pan with stirring to smell and get a golden color.
  • Saute peas in water with salt, bay leaf, a pinch of cumin, curry. When it softens but retains its green color, remove from the heat, remove the bay leaf, put the peas in a blender, add soy milk, soy sauce, millet flour and mix (add water if necessary).
  • After mixing, put on the fire for a few more minutes, stirring, to thicken.

Serving

Add fresh, chopped parsley and dill to the sauce after cooking.
