This dish is well known to most of you and although they make it in each area with small variations, it still comes down to the same thing - a tasty and delicious meal for all pasta lovers.

Preparation steps

  • Knead both types of flour, egg and salt with water into a firm lump of dough. Roll it out thinly on a well floured surface, and with a knife cut into squares approximately 1, 5 × 1, 5 cm large.
  • Well floured, so that they do not stick, put them in boiling water to which we have added a little salt and oil, and cook until soft.
  • Cut red onion, bacon and garlic into cubes and fry briefly in fat. Add sliced ​​cabbage (it doesn't have to be very fine, like when making a salad), and simmer covered over a low heat until it softens. how it largely depends on the pot (how well it keeps the steam from cooking), if it seems too dry to us, still add a little water, so as not to burn.
  • Season the cooked cabbage and add the drained pasta. Stir well, and leave covered to simmer for another 5 minutes to combine the aromas well.
  • After that, serve as a stand-alone dish or as a tasty side dish to roasted meat.

Serving

Most people make this dish with purchased pasta, but with homemade it is much tastier. It can be made with any type of flour, but this combination turned out to be very good, so I shared it with you.
