Flekice with cabbage
This was my grandmother's rule when I was little and I didn't eat it for a long, long time. Since I was "forced" to think of ways to eat vegetables, I remembered my dear spots and from now on we have them once a week.
Preparation steps
- You can save the stains earlier and use them dried whenever you want. Mix one whole egg with 100 g of flour and knead until it becomes a compact dough. Leave it for about 30 minutes to rest. It's great if you have a typewriter, mine broke down :) So I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin, but that's not a problem for stains. When you roll out the dough with a sharp knife or a round pizza knife, cut it lengthwise first and then transversely to get fine cubes.
- Grate the cabbage. Cut the leek (maybe onion) into small pieces and fry it a little in oil, and then add the cabbage, reduce the heat so that it doesn't burn. If that also happens, just add a little water, stir and continue. Technically, I believe that some dried meat or bacon can be added here, but it's just fine for us and this is how Grandma ruled.
- While the cabbage is simmering, cook the stains and strain it. Add salt and pepper to the cabbage. Add cooked stains, add salt as needed and pour :) Enjoy!
