Flash cake
You can make this cake very quickly, it is delicious and children adore it
Preparation steps
- Break the biscuit into larger pieces
- Mix yogurt with powdered sugar and pour over the biscuits, then mix well
- Add cherries to all this, mix to get a uniform mixture, then pour into a slightly deeper pan and form as a crust.
- Chop the jaffa biscuit into the mixture and pour over the melted chocolate, a little chocolate can be left to decorate
- Whip the icing and coat the cake
- Decorate as desired
