Preparation steps

  • Slightly sauté the pineapple slices in butter + oil, pour over the spiced pineapple + orange + lemon juice .. when it boils, remove from the heat, serve in bowls and carefully flambé with hot rum or vodka just when serving ..
  • An excellent and very simple aromatic dessert that you can "enrich" with a scoop of ice cream.

Serving

Flambé carefully, never under the hood on, nor with your head bowed over the dishes ... and the children as far as possible ...!
