Fisherman’s Eggs
... pour eggs on the fisherman. This quick meal delights with its taste, and it can be breakfast, lunch, dinner ...;)
Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lightly grease the pan (or more of them, depending on the number of servings) with oil (I use canned oil).
- Peel and chop the vegetables. Mix it lightly with the sardines (which will be chopped) and transfer to a baking dish. Arrange the eggs (without the shell: D) and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on whether you want softer and harder fried eggs.
- Lightly salt, pepper as desired, sprinkle with thyme and - good taste! :) A salad of tomatoes, beans, rocket ... or some of your choice goes great with eggs prepared in this way.
Serving
Note: I also know how to make this meal on the hob, in the pan (as my beans fall that day). In that case, I first fry the shallots, reduce the heat, stir in the rest of the 'stuffing', break the eggs and simmer covered for up to 5 minutes (take a look after 3-4 minutes).
