Fish stew from a cauldron

The best fish soup is the one that is cooked in a cauldron;)

Preparation steps

  • Put fat and finely chopped onion in the cauldron to simmer, add chopped carrot, parsnips, celery and simmer everything together. During that time, we cook the cleaned fish separately in a pot, process the water and pour it over the stewed vegetables. We clean the cooked fish from the bones and combine it with the vegetables. We add the water in which it was cooked. Add other spices: pepper, salt, vegeta, bay leaf… .... tomato juice, garlic…. and everything is cooked for a total of 2 - 2, 5 hours. Fresh paprika is better, because not everyone likes it hot, so whoever likes it can get angry in a plate. ;)

Serving

I think the spices are very important are cloves and Pimenta officinalis B. We serve with fresh bread, a smile and good music :))
