Preparation steps

  • ... First clean the fish from scales, gills and guts !!!
  • .... Now fillet the fish nicely, you will get 8 nice fillets from the 4th fish !!! ____Salt the fillets lightly and sprinkle with olive oil !!! Put in the cold until baking !!! ... I baked them on a grill pan and you can also grill them !!! .... bones, heads and leftovers you can make fish soup (I already put the recipe)
  • ... Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes ... cut it into 8-10 parts (larger cubes) ... Cover it with water and bring to a boil, add salt and a tablespoon of oil ... ... When it boils, reduce the heat and cook until it softens !!! -before the end of cooking, add chopped parsley and butter !!!
  • ... While the potatoes are cooking make a sauce or dressing for the fish: mix chopped parsley, garlic Add half the olive and half the ordinary oil, ... mix with this you will pour the finished fish fillet on a plate !!!
  • ... Now heat the grill pan and fry the fish fillets on each side for a few minutes !!! ... SERVE !!!

Serving

Serve warm !!!! Put the potatoes and then the fish fillet _pour a lot of sauce, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve some good seasonal salad mixed !!!
