Filana paprika
Paprika, as it sounds nice, is lucky to have it all year round, so this super meal can be made all year round, which I adore, and the recipe is from Novi Vinodolski, from my cousin Ned, thank you for that! There is no picture again!
Preparation steps
- First you need to mix the meat, with egg, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and rice. With rice, it is important to put it in a cup, and as much as there is in a cup of rice, three times as much water goes into the mixture. Stir well and leave for at least half an hour, for the rice to absorb the water and for all the ingredients to soak through. Meanwhile, add a little oil
- from 2 tablespoons of flour, make a light spray, and add 2 liters of water, and light
- stir occasionally so that the flour does not stick to the bottom of the bowl. When the water boils, put tomato juice in it and let it boil. During this time,
- late peppers, not to the end, there should be little space left as the mixture swells.
- When the sauce has boiled, put the peppers and let it simmer for an hour and a half.
- During this time, cook the potatoes and order the grated potatoes, mashed potatoes or plain boiled, as one likes with the stuffed peppers.
Serving
My favorite is to eat peppers without side dishes, because I love the combination of these flavors and potatoes only bother me in that.
