Figs

An old, juicy cake. With corn flour and very healthy fig jam. Easy preparation, without the use of a mixer :)

Preparation steps

  • A mixture of a glass of jam, a glass of oil, a glass of water, a glass of milk and a glass of sugar to boil.
  • When the mixture boils add the cornflour, stirring constantly. When the mixture is compact, remove it from the car and cool.
  • Add eggs to the cooled mixture and mix by hand. Then add a cup of flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda.
  • From the mixture, make medium-sized balls and flatten them in the middle (like pigeons). Arrange the figs in a large pan and bake at 250 degrees.
  • Pour hot bay over the baked hot figs.
  • For the bay, let a glass of sugar, two glasses of water and a glass of jam boil.

Serving

If you do not have fig jam, you can use honey or some other jam.
