Fig dumplings
There are a lot of very similar recipes, but since these balls are very dear to us and disappear in an instant, I don't think it will hurt one more recipe. The taste of figs reminds me of my dear Hvar. I definitely make them for Christmas.
Preparation steps
- It is steamed with boiling water of dried figs, washed in cold water and immediately dried and ground in a multipractice.
- Add sugar, juice of half an orange, grate the peel of the whole orange and chopped almonds, which have just been fried, rum and grated chocolate.
- Mix everything well and make small balls, break into crystal sugar and air dry.
Serving
I melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture.
