Fennel dandelion meatballs

As it is dandelion time, I use it to the maximum in various combinations, so these meatballs were created and eaten deliciously.

Preparation steps

  • Wash the dandelion and cut it into small pieces. Mix it with the mixed fennel root. Add the oatmeal, crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Combine everything well with a spoon, take out the mixture to form meatballs and fry in heated oil on both sides. Along with these meatballs, I served breaded eggplant and mixed salad and some cheese.
