Fasting spinach

Lean and very tasty.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and cook. When half cooked, add the spinach. Then put the cooked spinach and potatoes in a multipractice or blender.
  • Fry the flour in a little oil. Add spinach, salt, garlic and nuts. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
