Preparation steps

  • Leave the yeast with the sugar and a little water to rise
  • When it has risen, pour in the already sifted flour.
  • Add oil, salt and as much lukewarm water as needed to knead a medium dough.
  • When you knead the dough well, let the fat run free and make the shapes you want. (I made small braids and knots today)
  • Leave the rolls to mature for 10-15 minutes
  • Before baking, put a little margarine on top of each roll
  • Bake at 220`C
