Fasting pizza

Since it’s fasting time, I often prepare this pizza, so I decided to share the recipe with you. You can also use the same dough and filling to make rolls.

Preparation steps

  • Knead the listed ingredients into a uniform mass, knead until it starts to peel off from the bowl. Leave for about half an hour for the dough to rise.
  • Fry onion and chopped olives in oil. Add a little vegeta, pepper, oregano and ketchup, and finally all the paprika.
  • When it has arrived, roll out the dough and place it in a pan previously greased with oil. Coat the dough with a little ketchup, spread 150 g of grated lean cheese on it, then add the stewed mixture of onion and olives. Place in the oven and bake at temp. from 200 degrees to about 10 min.

NOTE: The amount of ingredients for the recipe is enough for two larger pizzas. In my picture is a smaller pizza I made from the dough left over from the rolls. Pleasant!
