Fasting pasta
I always have these few ingredients in the fridge, except for salted raw anchovies from oil, which I accidentally bought two days ago for relatively little money. When I started to take out of the fridge everything I thought I wanted to eat, my husband said: "Grab a camera, everything is a hint of a new recipe!" And he was right. Although I personally do not fast, I got a great and quick meal that is ideal for those who fast.
Preparation steps
- Bring the water to a boil, then add the pasta to cook according to the instructions on the box. Do not salt the water, all the ingredients are salty!
- While the pasta is cooking, finely chop all the ingredients except the primrose.
- Drain the cooked pasta, pour it into a plate, mix all the ingredients, pour over the olive oil and stir. Garnish with a sprig of primrose and serve.
Serving
If you are not fasting, add grated cheese and enjoy with a glass of wine.
