Fasting moussaka
For those who like fasting meals, great moussaka.
Preparation steps
- First, finely chop the spring onion and put it in oil to fry. Chop the mushrooms into small cubes and put them to fry as well. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and garlic and stir. Finally, add the rice, mix well and season to your taste. .Spread and remove from heat.
- Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into thin slices. Add a little oil and a spoonful of ground red pepper to the bowl and stir with your hands so that the pepper sticks to the potato leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn on the oven to heat to 200 degrees and start arranging the moussaka. Take one fireproof dish and line the bottom with chopped potatoes. Arrange half of the rice mixture on top of them, then the potatoes again, then the rice filling and finally the potatoes. Put hot water to pour over the potatoes. and put to bake until all the liquid has evaporated.
- When the moussaka is done, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley
