Fasting lasagna

My family's favorite dish during Lent

Preparation steps

  • Saute black and garlic, then add mushrooms. After a few minutes, season with pepper, salt and dry spices. Add diced pangasius catfish fillets (or other fish, it is important that there are no bones). Fry some more, not too much, just until the water evaporates.
  • Take the tortillas and arrange them in the breadcrumbs, which we previously greased with lean margarine or oil. A tortilla leaf, the filling we prepared above, then a tortilla leaf. And all that while there is a fillet. Do not fill the last tortilla, but coat it with a mixture of soy sour cream and soy butter (in the absence of butter, you can also use margarine).
  • Prick the lasagna ordered with a knife to soak up the soy sour cream. Bake lasagna for at least 20 minutes at 250C. If necessary, reduce the baking temperature so that it does not burn.

Serving

Serve warm as a main dish with a salad, or already cold as an appetizer.
