Fasting donuts

A challenge for all of us who are on a diet, ... So who can resist them ...

Preparation steps

  • In 1 / 2l of lukewarm water, add 1 cube of yeast and 4 teaspoons of sugar and let it stand for a while.
  • Add 1 cup of oil, 1 vanilla pudding (powder) and flour as needed.
  • When it rises, roll out the dough, take out the donut with a larger glass, then the middle with a smaller glass and leave it to stand for 15 minutes.
  • Fry in hot oil so that the side to the table is facing up. Sprinkle the powder with sugar or chocolate (white, black - depends on taste)
