Biscuits that are most similar to the ones I buy! They are great in both simple and festive versions :)

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the margarine and powdered sugar, then gradually add oil and water. Finally, mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough and make biscuits on the 'press'. Bake at 180 degrees and be careful not to burn (they should remain pale).
  • For the 'festive' version, combine two bags of jam, then dip one side in melted chocolate and ground walnuts / hazelnuts / chocolate crumbs ...
