Fast Tiramisu without rum

I love Tiramisu a lot and whenever we go to a restaurant where Tiramisu is on the menu, I always order it, just to try it as it is because there are so many different recipes and I like to experience which one is the best. It was my mother-in-law’s birthday recently so I decided to make her a little Tiramisu cake. I used a very small (deeper) tin mold (approximately 20x20 cm). I made it very quickly and it turned out EXCELLENT! I was proud of myself and said that from now on I make this Tiramisu all the time. Only in the future I will double the measures and make it in a big mold so that there are as many of them as possible :-) !!!

Preparation steps

  • Put 3/4 salt of sweet cream and 1/4 salt of sugar in a cold bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until whipped, then cover the dish and leave in the fridge.
  • In another bowl put the mascarpone cheese, the remaining 1/4 salt of the sweet cream, the vanilla extract, and the remaining 1/2 salt of the sugar.
  • Mix with an electric mixer and when everything is combined, add the whipped cream that you previously put in the fridge. Put it all together.
  • Separately brew strong black coffee salt (I used Nescafe, 3 teaspoons in one salt).
  • Dip the biscuits one by one into the black coffee and arrange on the bottom of the square bowl (mold). Cover them with the filling, then again 1 row of soaked biscuits and finally the filling.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa, I put a thick layer of cocoa, so that the filling is not visible at all.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least an hour or two to set everything fine.
  • Serve!
