Fast pizza with sprats (sardines)

... Friday is one of those days when I know exactly what I need to cook but I never know how I would cook it, so this Friday I decided on something new and decided to share it with you! enjoy ...

Preparation steps

  • Turn on the oven at 200 ° C. If you have fresh fish, fillet it, wash it and salt it. Sprinkle the tomatoes with basil, oregano, put a few sprigs of rosemary and salt and water.
  • Spread the tomatoes together with the spices on the baking paper and bake for 15 minutes. While the tomatoes are baking, prepare the dough. After the tomatoes are baked, take them out of the oven and spread the fish fillets on baking paper and bake them for 10 minutes at 160 ° C.
  • Spread flour with salt and baking powder on the work surface, make a well shape and pour yogurt in the middle. Make the dough for 2-3 minutes and divide it into 2 parts. Roll out and bake on a dry grill pan for about 2 mins on each side to get a light golden color (it will still bake later in the oven)
  • Mix tomato juice with ketchup, oregano, basil and salt.
  • Arrange the grated cheese on the partially baked dough first, sprinkle with tomato sauce, arrange the baked cherry tomatoes and baked fish and finally a slice of paprika. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 160 ° C (I baked on the pizza program, if you don't have that program, bake for 6 minutes at 200 ° C). Repeat the same with the other part of the dough. Good apetite! :)
