Fast gluten-free cake

The basic recipe, but it can be changed according to your wishes and taste.

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs and sugar well.
  • Add oil and milk.
  • Then slowly add flour, baking powder and aru powder. Mix everything well.
  • Then add the cocoa and shredded pieces of chocolate.
  • Pour into oiled and floured protvan. Bake.
  • If desired, you can also add pieces of hazelnuts, almonds, raisins or some other ingredient.

Serving

When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
