Fantastic Cassandra cake!
... perfection of taste!
Preparation steps
- -mix 4 egg whites with 10 dkg of sugar into solid snow and lightly add 10 dkg of coconut mixed with 2 tablespoons of flour ... bake for 17-20 minutes at 180 C (depending on the oven, judge for yourself)
- -as with the previous crust, mix the egg whites with the sugar and add the grated chocolate with 2 tablespoons of flour ... bake the same
- -add 10dkg of ground hazelnuts with 2 tablespoons of flour to these mixed egg whites with sugar ... bake as the first two crusts
- -mix 12 egg yolks with 25 dkg of sugar + 4 vanilla puddings and 2 dcl of milk ... bring the other 8 dcl of milk to a boil and cook the prepared mixture in that milk to the desired density ... let it cool
- -mix the whipped butter well into the cooled cream and divide the cream into 3 equal parts
- -prepare 5 chopped choco bananas, 10 dkg of melted chocolate and 10 dkg of ground hazelnuts
- - Stir in the bananas in a third of the cream
- -in the second part melted chocolate ...
- -and in the last part hazelnuts
- -mix the cream into the whipped cream
- .prepare crusts for filling ...
- -place the first coconut crust on the base on which you will cool the cake ... place a hoop made of cake trays and start filling with cream with chocolate bananas ...
- -coat a third of the whipped cream ...
- -Put the second, chocolate, crust on the whipped cream, press lightly and coat with chocolate cream ...
- -Put the other third of the whipped cream on the chocolate cream ...
- -at this stage I added another cake ring in height, to make it easier to continue filling -so, the last one goes on the whipped cream, hazelnut, crust, so press lightly and put hazelnut cream on that crust, flatten ...
- -finish the cake with the last layer of whipped cream and decorate as desired (I just sprinkled it with small chocolate shavings, I didn't spread it on the outside because I like when the layers are visible)
Serving
... cool it well, preferably overnight because otherwise the whipped layers may "escape", cut thin slices, dry with a smile and watch the reaction ;-)
