Fan pie

Preparation steps

• Preparation: Beat 4 eggs with salt, then pour yogurt, oil and water and mix well again. Finally add the baking powder and combine. Turn the oven to 200 degrees. Put two crusts on the bottom of the pan, put the excess inside. Fold all other crusts into a fan, to the width of two fingers. Arrange the fans next to each other over the two crusts in the pan. Pour all the beaten mixture over which you will leave a few spoons to whisk them with the remaining egg. Pour the mixture into the grooves in between, then spread it evenly everywhere with a coating brush or spoon. Whisk the remaining mixture with the egg, then pour on top and spread everywhere. Put to bake until golden brown. Serve warm. Pleasant.
