Exotic salad

I love combinations of fruits and vegetables, for me this salad could be a complete meal.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a mango and cut it into thin slices and cut all those slices into thin strips. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a purple onion, if it is large, use only half a head, if it is smaller, use the whole head, and cut it into thin strips, you can also use a young onion instead of a purple onion. Cut the paprika in half, clean it of seeds and veins and cut it into thin strips.
  • Put all the chopped vegetables and mangoes in a larger salad bowl, add the cleaned pomegranate seeds and finely chopped coriander. Put salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil in a special bowl and combine everything well with the whipping wire, pour over the salad and mix well.
  • If desired, you can serve this salad well chilled or at room temperature. I served it with rolls with bacon and chard.
  • Pleasant !!!
