Preparation steps
- For the crust, mix 7 egg whites well with 14 tablespoons of sugar, then add 100 g of ground hazelnuts and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture into a tray (38x26) lined with paper, then bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes. .
- For crust II, whisk 7 egg whites well with 10 teaspoons of sugar, then add pudding powder, stir slowly with a spoon, then pour into a lined baking tray (38x26) and bake the crust at 180c for about 20 minutes.
- For the filling, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then steam them. Before the end of cooking, add the chocolate cubes and mix until it melts. Leave the filling to cool, then add the whipped margarine and ground hazelnuts in the cold.
- For the filling II, whip the sweet sour cream, then add grated Euroblock chocolate.
- Filling: crust, filling I, filling II, crust ... Coat the whole cake with a little chocolate filling. Put icing on top, and decorate the cake with icing as desired.
