Preparation steps

  • Bake the peppers and eggplant in the oven. Leave in a covered sickle to cool. Peel the peppers and remove the seeds. Also peel the eggplant and tear everything into narrow long pieces. Arrange on a suitable tray, add salt and spices to taste. If you like, you can decorate with anchovies.
  • Refrigerate well and serve.

Serving

It can be served as a side dish with breaded dishes, as a salad or as a cold appetizer.
