Enrique rhythm
Favorite ingredient pudding played a major role in the ‘Queen of Desserts for King of Latin Pop’ contest. This recipe was nominated for a tempting prize, tickets to a concert by King Latino pop Enrique Iglesias.
Preparation steps
- Prepare tall glasses and a stand so that they are slanted.
- Mix the pudding powder with the sugar and a little milk. Heat the remaining milk to boiling and stir in the prepared mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes and carefully pour the hot pudding into the cups so that they are slanted and leave to cool.
- When the pudding has set, prepare the topping. Mix the contents of the topping bag with the sugar and a little water. Bring the remaining water to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the prepared mixture. Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
- Cool the topping for a few minutes and pour into cups with the pudding.
- Add the berries and let cool.
- Garnish the cold dessert with whipped cream and fruit and serve.
