Ellen's omelet
My granddaughter really likes an omelette prepared like this.
Preparation steps
- Fry sliced champignons in olive oil. Young onions and a little garlic. Beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk, add salt, pepper and add finely chopped tomatoes to remove the flesh with seeds. Pour a part of the mixture with the eggs over the mushrooms and wait 2 minutes for the egg to coagulate on the surface. Finally add the melted cheese over and serve while warm.
- With feta bread and a cup of yogurt, this meal is very filling.
