Preparation steps
- Bake the roll and fold hot into a cloth sprinkled with sugar. Cream roll cook all ingredients over low heat for 15 minutes until thick. Cool slightly and coat the roll. Fold again and put in the freezer for one hour. Yellow cake cream-whisk: 6 egg yolks , 6 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 bags of powdered gelatin. Add it to half a liter of boiling milk and cook as a pudding. Whisk: 6 egg whites, 6 tablespoons sugar and one vanilla sugar and add to the cooled yellow cream. mix it all together. Cut the roll into pieces about 1 cm and line the bottom of the cake tin with them. When the bottom is coated, then the edge of the mold is also coated. whipped 0, 5 liters of whipped cream
Serving
do not transfer the cake to another base but leave it on two of the molds. the yellow cream for the cake must not be completely cooled but remain lukewarm so that it does not harden before pouring
